Vaseline from Fauth.

At Fauth, you can obtain vaselines as ointment-like mixtures in different product qualities, which differ above all in their respective consistency and shear strength. Our vaselines convince in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical sector with their moisturising properties, e.g. as a lubricant and as skin protection, as well as in the industry as an effective lubricant and as good corrosion protection.

While yellow vaselines from Fauth contain aromatic hydrocarbons, our white vaselines are free from them and are purified to a higher degree. Vaseline serves as an effective formulation base for a variety of applications and consists of 70-90% of a liquid portion of highly branched isoparaffins and olefins, is practically insoluble in water, ethanol and glycerol and has a melting point between 38 and 58°C.
